- Since our items are made to order, in order to reduce waste and save our planet, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or wrongly sent.

Wrong Item

- If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days after receiving the item. We will contact the manufacturer and arrange a return and an exchange an exchange for the correct item. Please do not open or use the item.

Damaged Item

- If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days after receiving the item. We will contact the manufacturer and arrange a return and an exchange for the same item. Please do not open or use the item.
