Production and Shipments
Manufacturers
Different products may have different manufacturers throughout the United States, and shipping times will differ. For example, if you order a t-shirt and a mug in the same order, the items will be shipped to you from different locations with different tracking numbers.
Production Time
Production time generally takes 2 to 4 days, depending on the complexity of the product. For embroidered items, please allow an extra 3 days for production time.
Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after production of the product and receipt of payment has been confirmed. All shipments come with a tracking number.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment.
Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.
