**2. Returns and Refunds**

Physical Product: If the item is defective, please return the item to us within 15 days and we will refund you the price of the item.

Digital Products: Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter a defect with the product, we are more than happy to correct it for you. We will inspect the product for defects and, if necessary, issue a refund. Please allow up to 3 days for the funds to be available in your account.

**3. Sublimation and Printing**

Certain designs may be intended for sublimation printing, which requires specialized equipment and inks. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate equipment and knowledge to use the designs effectively. We cannot issue refunds for products that do not press well due to user error.

**4. Color Variations**

Please be aware that colors may vary due to differences in screen types, printer brands, and ink types used. Minor color variations between the digital preview and the printed output may occur. We do not issue refunds for minor color discrepancies. If you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.

**5. Usage Rights**

Upon purchasing our products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased items. This license allows you to use the products for personal and commercial purposes within the bounds of applicable laws. You may incorporate our designs into your physical products for sale, such as handmade crafts or printed materials.

**6. Download and Access**

Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive an email containing a download link for your purchased items. Alternatively, you can access the files by navigating to the "Purchases" section within your account on our website.

**7. Prohibited Uses**

You may not:

- Resell, share, distribute, or sublicense our products as digital files or any other format.

- Modify, alter, or claim ownership of our products in whole or in part.

- Use our products to create content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of others.
